Bloom Care Management was born out of a vision – to fill a critical gap in our community. The systems are complex, overwhelming, and often impersonal. Often times individuals and their families are left to navigate services on their own.
Bloom was created to offer something different: person-centered, conflict-free case management that honors the dignity and voice of every individual. In a region with limited options, our goal is to be a trusted partner – one that truly listens, advocates, and walks the journey with those we serve.

About Megan
Hi, I'm Megan Kendrick, a social worker and the founder of Bloom Care Management. I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Central Michigan University in 2009, and my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2010. I've dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of life. With years of experience both in clinical case management and leadership, I've seen firsthand the power of advocacy, consistency, and compassionate care.
Beyond my professional background, I'm a mom, a partner, and someone who deeply believes that every person deserves to be heard, respected, and support. I bring that belief into every aspect of my work, and it's the heart of Bloom's mission.
